This office addition has been a long-running journey with the team, transforming their home base into a workspace that fully maximizes the tight industrial site.
Our role stretched from early concept and town planning negotiations through to full structural coordination, detailed steelwork design, comprehensive drawing packages, ESD requirements, and extensive shop-drawing review. Many versions, many constraints, and a very rewarding finish.
The result is a crisp, elevated addition that sits confidently above the factory floor—light-filled, efficient, and built for the future of the company.
